A long weekend away with the bicycles. Rode 60 miles over the three days. some fun trails in Chamna Natural Preserve. Some paved trails along the Columbia River in Richland, Washington including the footage on the video.

Real estate goes this way. Heard from the current buyers who have just renewed their lease for 6 months as their job futures are not as secure as they would like them to be.

Tax day, with a delay. No need for concern. Refund already direct deposited.

Today coffee with a lender lead to a blog post Coffee and a Concept. And then, with rain slightly spitting marjie and I loaded the bikes and headed for the Samamish Trail once again. A 30 mile round tripper all the way to Marymoor Park in Redmond. WooHoo.

Sometimes you run out of gas. Sometimes the transmission fails. On occasion, there appears to be no solution on the near horizon. Perhaps writing about it will kill some time and by the time I finish, there will be a new edge to my well laid but poorly executed plan. I have to ask myself, is it time to leap into the future. Is there some reason I remain doing what I'm doing for an arbitrary foreseen future, or should I just move on to the next phase?

Should I not do another newsletter? Should I skip showing up everyday? Why not just replace the skylights when I feel I should be working? Why not completely clean out the clutter in the basement? Why not move the two year plan up to Monday? These thought cross my mind.

Time to take a look at the timetable.

And then there is tomorrow. A coffee appointment with a lender. Oh la.

Early warning to my Posterous Peeps.

With April 1st on the near horizon I'll be poking a little fun at a currently serious issue over here.

Otherwise, life goes on. A buyer decided not to buy after we located the perfect house because job security is at risk. And the 86year old seller decided not to sell because buying into a retirement home is a big expense for someone his age.

You guessed it, I'm looing for work. Got any suggestions?

Yesterday a listing call came in. I've known the sellers over 20 years. Time for them to move into retirement facilities. He's 87 and she's 86. Too much house to care for. So Marjie and I will be seeing them tomorrow. I've worked up the seller's booklet to give them an idea of the process. Getting our designation as Senior Real Estate Specialists will now begin to pay off.

Marjie's bike fender came in and that has been installed. The bike rack for the hitch has been ordered. Looking for that on Friday. Right On, dude.
